MEDIA RELEASE 1/14/2026 REQUESTING PUBLIC ASSISTANCE The Marshall County Sheriff’s Office is requesting the assistance of the public in locating a subject wanted for questioning in a case involving Rape in the First Degree (strong arm). The initial incident occurred in March 2024, and was reported to law enforcement in May 2024, after the victim in the case became aware of the rape resulting in pregnancy.
